Co-Founder
Rayyan Ahsan, a young & enthusiastic architect, co-founded Fine Forms Architects in 2022 and is the Design Head. I takes on the design and supervision of high-end and experimental projects. My Design Vision is largely focused on the mindset: function over form, stability over showmanship, accessibility over unnecessary aesthetics. I believe that architecture is not only giving importance to aesthetics, but also emphasizes on the more essential functionality and practicality.
Hasan Raza
Principal Architect / Co-Founder
Hasan Raza a young & determined architect, co-founded Fine Forms Architects in 2022 and is the Interior Design head. I firmly believe that Architecture is all about experiences. My design approach is very clear: no wastage of space, money or materials. Architecture demonstrates an investment in quality and a respect for the environment and its citizens.

OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
Fine Form Architects’ unique process is comprised of three key stages: Brainstorming, Prototyping, and Completion.
BRAINSTORMING
In this stage, our team of experienced architects, interior designers, landscape architects, builders, and furniture designers work with clients to gather information and develop a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements.
PROTOTYPING
In the prototyping stage, we bring the plan to life by creating detailed sketches, models, and mock-ups. This allows us to refine our design, incorporate feedback, and make any necessary adjustments before construction begins.
COMPLETION
In the final stage, we bring the project to completion through efficient and expert construction management. Our team of builders and craftsmen are dedicated to delivering projects that are not only beautiful and functional, but also sustainable and impactful.
